Can I get an invoice?
Yes. After each payment, an invoice is available on your account's billing page, where you can also edit your billing details anytime.
Can I get a refund?

Can I use one subscription across Sider Extension, Web, and Mac?
Yes. One subscription covers your Sider account everywhere you sign in — browser extension, web, and Mac app all included.
When do paid member credits reset?
Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle — the same day of the month you subscribed — not on the 1st of the calendar month. Unused plan credits don't roll over.
What happens when I upgrade from monthly to yearly?
We credit the unused portion of your current monthly subscription toward the yearly price, and your annual term begins on the switch date. (Confirm the exact calculation.)
Can I buy extra credits without changing my plan?
Yes — that's what Booster Packs are for. They add non-expiring credits to any paid plan as a one-time purchase, with no change to your subscription. Booster credits are only spent after your monthly plan credits run out.
Can I share my Sider account with others?
Sider accounts are for individual use only. Sharing, automated or robot usage, reselling, or purchases through unauthorized channels may result in account suspension without refund.
Will subscription features or model access change over time?
We add features and new models regularly, and they're included in your plan at no extra cost. If a feature ever changes materially, we'll notify subscribers in advance.
What happens if a new model is released?
New frontier models are added to your plan as they launch, at no extra charge for access. Credit rates may differ between models.
